I am really enjoying the classes at the OCR Empire gym. Everybody is friendly and respectful to others. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and they cater to all levels; beginners to elite. I found my love for OCR late in life and only 18 months ago, the thought of joining such an experienced group of people was a bit daunting for me. Joining OCR Empire has been amazing, they are a wonderful group of talented people who are extremely generous with their ‘family’ sharing their vast knowledge and experience. Mo and Noor are amazing coaches who support and encourage everyone that joins no matter what level they’re at and also make it super fun.
